    For pet apparel, choose your pet's size by chest measurement first. Measure around the widest part of the chest, usually just behind the front legs.

    If your pet is between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

    A comfortable chest fit is especially important because your pet needs room to walk, sit, stretch, and breathe naturally.

    Breed and weight can be helpful references, but they should not be the only basis for choosing a size. Pets of the same breed can have different chest width, neck size, and body length.

    If the size is not quite right, you may request our one-time size support within 48 hours of delivery.

    With size support, you may keep the original item, no return is required, and you can receive 50% off the same item in a different size. You only pay 50% of the item price plus shipping.

    The replacement must be the same style and color, and this benefit is limited to one size support request per order.

    For hygiene and cross-contamination reasons, pet apparel may only be returned if it has not been worn by or placed on an animal.

    Pet apparel must be unused, free from pet hair, dander, saliva, odors, stains, and signs of wear, with original tags attached and in original condition and packaging where possible.
